Honoring Ryder Harrington's journey at Texas Tech by helping other students pursue their education and build their futures. As a Texas non-profit, the RHF scholarship program is funded by our golf tournament fundraiser and community donations.
The Scholarship
Texas Tech University has been a home to the Harrington family dating as far back as the 80s. Ryder Harrington's dad, siblings, and Ryder himself were all students at Texas Tech University.
We want to give other students the opportunity to attend this great college, pursue their passions, and build the future Ryder would have championed.
This scholarship is open to students enrolled at Texas Tech University. Applicants must be the child of a first responder; including Law Enforcement, Firefighters, and EMS personnel. Our scholarship recipients must demonstrate heart, resilience, and a genuine desire to make the most of their education. It's not about GPA or test scores. It's about who you are and where you want to go.
